Pick a style
In the event designer, choose from a set of QR styles. Each one keeps the dark data on a clean light background — the part that actually matters for scanning — and uses the brand accent only to tint the corner markers. So your code can look distinct without ever becoming hard to read.
Always test a scan
If you customize a code, scan it once with your own phone before you print a hundred of them. A QR that looks great but won't scan is worse than a plain one.
Ways to share it
- On a screen — put it up on a TV, projector, or laptop and guests scan from their seats.
- Printed — download the code and drop it onto table cards, a welcome sign, or a program.
- As a link — copy the join link and text or email it. Tapping it works just like scanning.
What guests see
